The last day of Hofstra in NYC was nostalgic. We have all grown and bonded so much over just a course of one week. I had a great time on this trip and would recommend to any public relations major.
Our last day consisted of the Museum of the Moving Image and lunch. We had a great tour guide named Olivia who took us around and taught us a lot about the history of moving images. My favorite part was looking at all the costumes and makeup from past shows. It’s really crazy how much they’ve improved with prosthetics. After the museum, we went to lunch in Astoria which was delicious. This was my first time in Astoria and I have heard great things about it. It’s definitely a place where I want to adventure more.
This trip has truly been a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We hit every possibly stop and got to met with the nicest people. Thank you to Professor Morosoff for all the amazing planning, and Professor Gershon for coming and making it even more special.
